Cinnamon Compound Butter

Description

One of my absolute favorite compound butters.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1 stick of butter

Instructions

  1. Drop all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl and whip them on high for 3 minutes until the ingredients are fully mixed.
  2. Scoop your butter out onto parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll it into the shape of your choice.
  3. Stick it into an airtight container for safekeeping in the fridge. You can also cut it into cubes and freeze it making it easy to use when you need it.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
