Description

For this mango simple syrup, I used Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, which sweetened my recipe perfectly without adding extra calories.

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add water, mango and Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated together.
  2. Let it come to a boil, and then add a sprig of rosemary, which will help infuse the flavor into the simple syrup.
  3. Once the mixture has boiled, and the fruit is completely soft, remove it from the heat, and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Strain the mixture, and add it to a bottle for dispensing.

Notes

  • This mixture yields one cup of syrup and can be stored at room temperature for one week.
  • Sugar in the nutrition facts is coming from the fresh mango.
