Description

A twist on spinach and artichoke dip.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 1 cup of Wilted Spinach
  • 1 clove of garlic (smashed and roughly chopped)
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts (washed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup of Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg + 1 Tablespoon of water (for egg wash.
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions on your pastry sheet, thaw it out if you need to, or if it’s ready to use at room temperature, start with step 2.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Roll out your puff pastry, and poke holes in it with a fork.
  4. Brush the Egg + Water with your egg wash.
  5. Sprinkle on your Parmesan all over the dough, to the edges.
  6. Add on your Spinach.
  7. Slice and add your artichoke hearts.
  8. Sprinkle on your Feta.
  9. Season everything with Salt and Pepper.
  10. Pop into the oven for 30 minutes, periodically checking on the doneness of the puff pastry (try not to open the oven too much, and let out the hot air).
  11. Take out of the oven, and slice it while it’s still hot.
  12. Cool and Enjoy!
